- What’s the complete error message that you are receiving when you try to access the website using Microsoft Edge and Microsoft Internet Explorer?
- Were there any changes made to the operating system recently?
Method 1: Run the Internet Connections.
- Click the Search icon.
- Type “settings” (no quotes), then hit Enter.
- Click on Update & Security
- Under the left bar menu, select Troubleshoot.
- Select Internet Connections, then click Run the Troubleshooter.
- Fix the problem by following the on-screen instructions in the troubleshooter
Method 2: Try Internet explorer optimization.
- Press Windows Key + R to open Run windows
- Type inetcpl.cpl and click OK
- Delete Browsing history, Click delete -> delete browsing history -> select all options -> click delete. This will remove all temporary files, stored passwords, browsing history and cookies.
- Select Security tab, Click “Reset all zones to default”. This will reset all zones to default settings.
- Select Privacy tab, Click “Default” tab under settings. If the option is greyed out, it means it’s already selected. There is also an option “turn on pop up blocker”. Make sure it is turned on. It will block unnecessary popups.
- Select content tab, Click “clear SSL state”. You will get a confirmation window. This can be helpful when you have issues related to logging in secured website.
- Select Privacy tab, Click “Default” tab under settings. If the option is greyed out, it means it’s already selected. There is also an option “turn on pop up blocker”. Make sure it is turned on. It will block unnecessary popups.
- Select content tab, Click “clear SSL state”. You will get a confirmation window. This can be helpful when you have issues related to logging in secured website.
- **Select Connection tab,**Click LAN settings. Make sure there are no entries inside Address box which is located under “use automatic configuration script” option (Certain software which is used for boosting dial up connection use this option. In that case, you can leave it the way it is)
- **Select Programs,**Click “Manage add-ons”. Add-ons give additional functionality to the browser. But it can also interfere with the smooth function of the browser and sometimes crash your browser. Go through the list of add-ons. If you find any suspicious add-ons, click and disable it.
- **Select Advanced tab,**these settings might get changed because of malware attack or some changes in software settings.
- Click Restore Advanced Settings and Click Apply.

Method 3: Repair Microsoft Edge.
- Click the Search icon.
- Type “settings” (no quotes), then hit Enter.
- Click on Apps
- Under the left bar menu, select Apps & features.
- Check for Microsoft Edge entry and click on the same. You should now see Advanced options link.
- click the Repair button
- Restart the PC once you repair your PC.
- If you still has issues, I suggest you to reset Edge.

Change the DNS settings.
- In the search box on the taskbar, type control panel and then select Control Panel.
- Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center: Click on Change adapter settings.
- Right-Click then connect and select properties.
- Change the TCP/IPv4 settings
- For primary DNS Use 8.8.8.8 or 208.67.222.222
- Open search box and type Cmd, it will open command prompt
- Then Right click on command prompt and Run as Administrator
- Copy and paste ipconfig /flushdnson the command prompt
