For the past 2 days when trying to open MSN I'm getting the screen with  WHOOPS!   We can't show you this right now.  We'll get it fixed soon.       Any suggestions?

After fighting with the "Virtual Agent", I finally got thru to a live person, though they didn't have any clue either.  After 20 minutes or so back and forth, I received the following:

Alright. Thank you for sharing this concern to us. Currently the MSN has making a changes on website, and it is offline. Probably they are making changes. MSN should be up soon within 24 hours.

I'll give them another day, then I'll have to start looking for a new homepage I guess. Really hate to do that, though.

SO glad I found your question & DITTO, I am getting ZERO answers from MSN either, nor is there much on the internet about it...  *I did find one website that suggested deleting ALL the cookies (not the cache', the cookies) from the MSN pg that's erring, that works, for the one time you do it, refresh the pg & boom, it's back to "Whoops"...

MSN PLEASE FIX YOUR HOMEPAGE, NOW!!! IT'S BEEN LIKE THIS FOR OVER 2 DAYS NOW!!! >>>

    Whoops!

Same error message. Using Firefox I can use either MSN.com or MSN.com/en-us to load the MSN home page successfully.  Then select the Outlook.com icon.  Then use the sign in page to log into my Outlook account successfully.  Leave Outlook open in the 2nd tab.  Go back to 1st tab with MSN home page open and select any link.  That link opens successfully, no problem.  Select the Home Page icon (house) and then rather than the MSN home page reappearing, the WHOOPS! message appears as described above.  I must close out completely from Firefox and restart in order for MSN.com home page to successfully appear again.  This issue occurs on two different Laptops.  I have a second Outlook account that does not trigger this error on any laptop.  Maybe specific Outlook account issue?
