    Hi!

    Welcome to our community.

I am glad to assist you today.

Sorry to hear about this inconvenience. Now, we would like to help you promptly.

First of all, let me ask, which browser do you use to navigate? Chrome?

Could you please perform the instructions below?

Method 1 – Enable from Address Bar

While remaining on the Google page where you received the “Voice search has been turned off” message, check to see if there is an icon that has appeared in your address bar next to the bookmark star. Mouse over it. If it says “This page has been blocked from accessing your microphone“, perform these steps:

Select the icon in the address bar and choose “Always allow www.google.com to access your microphone.“.
Select the microphone you are using in the drop-down menu.
    Select “Done“.

Method 2 – Enable From Chrome Settings

From Google Chrome, select the Menu button located at the upper-right corner.
    Select “Settings“.
Open the “Advanced” link at the bottom.
In the “Privacy and security” section, select “Content settings“.
Select the “Ask when a site requires access to your microphone (recommended)” option. You can optionally skip this step, select “Allow“, and add “https://www.google.com” to this list with it set to allow Audio.

After you have performed the steps using one of the above methods, you should now be able to use Google Voice commands with Google Chrome without a problem.

    Hi. ty1ty1

    I hope to help.

If your device does not respond, follow these steps to solve the problem. First, check if the Google Assistant is activated.

Note: that not all devices include the Wizard:

    1. Press and hold the start button.

    • If the message "Hello, how can I help you?" Appears, it means that the activated Google Assistant is activated. Follow the steps below for the "With the Google Assistant" devices.
    • If you do not receive any messages, follow the steps for the "Without the Google Assistant" devices.
    2. When you are prompted to activate the Google Assistant, press Activate.

To check if the problem was solved, say "Ok Google".

    1. If you are in a noisy area, turn off the background noise or go to a quieter place.
    2. Say "Ok Google" as if you were talking to a person.
