how to recover permanently deleted pdf files from recycle bin?

Sir/ Madam,

         I want to know that how can i recover permanently deleted pdf files from recycle bin, which was deleted 2 months ago? As i forgot the file name. It was a scanned copy of my educational documents and by bad luck i had lost the hard copy of the same. Please show me the way i can get it back as my future depends on it most..

      Help me sir......

    Sir,

              Great to hear from you but your dialogue got me disappointed. As there are no option to recover the permanent deleted file. 

             Sir, We had reached the Moon and Mars but we are unable to recover the file we created and lost. It is the point where one get disappointed.

    Step should be  taken to get perfect solution...

    Step should be  taken to get perfect solution...

    The perfect solution requires some involvement from you, e.g.

    • Windows will keep the contents of the Recyclle Bin for many months. If you choose to interfere with it by emptying it then you must accept responsibility for your actions.
    • Use a backup program that maintains a file history one year or more back into the past. It would allow you to recover anything that ever existed during the span covered by the history. Macrium Reflect is such a program.

    Yes, we can reach the moon and Mars but the solution to your problem is not rocket science. It's common sense.

    For a file permanently deleted 2 months ago, "permanently" almost certainly means "permanently."

    You can try to use Recuva (https://www.****/docs/recuva/introducing-recuva/what-it-can-and-cant-do), but I suspect that you will not have success.  [The missing portion of the URL is CCLEANER dot COM]

    There are professional data recovery experts, for example DriveSavers (https://drivesaversdatarecovery.com/) and Kroll OnTrack (https://www.ontrack.com/services/data-recovery/), but these services are very expensive and even then may not be successful in recovering files deleted months ago.
