Files ZAM.. try to delete but files remain. These are TRACE files

I try to delete ZAM... files but they remain. These are trace files. administrator ID?

    Hi walterpertuch1

    My name is Sarah Kong and I am an independent adviser that is here to try and help you with your issue.

    Try using a application remover tool like revo uninstaller.

    Or if you have a restore point from before you had that app installed revert to that.

    Just be aware that if you do that any apps that you installed after ZAM will also be removed.

    So so that go to search and type create a restore point and open it then click system restore.

    Select to see all additional restore points and then find one before you installed ZAM and let it restore, this will reboot your machine.
