I am unable to set a resolution lower than 800*600 pixels when connecting an external display via HDMI. I want to set a resolution of 640*480 pixels. Such as option is not available in the display setting menu. How can I set the output resolution to 640*480 pixels?

Thank you for your response. Will I be able to go for 640*480 pixels if I switch to Windows 7? I am unable to find the minimum display resolution for Windows 7.

    Hi Ajay_kumar,

I would like to help you. If you install the graphics card driver package, are you able to use the Graphics and Media Control Panel application to alter the under/overscan or scaling issues? in another case check your HDMI cable, try with other to discard this one.

Let me know, please. kinds Regards

    Hi Ajay

Windows 10 is restricted to 800*600, you can't go any lower.
