- Which version and edition of Windows 10 is installed on those computers?
- Are those computers connected to each other?
- Are you aware of any changes Made to those computers?
- Which software are you referring to?
- Which browser are you using to download the software of the second PC?
- On the second PC, does the download happen on a Local account or a Microsoft account?
- Are you using the same Microsoft account on both the computers?
