    Please answer these questions to get more clarity on this issue:

    1. Which version and edition of Windows 10 is installed on those computers?
    2. Are those computers connected to each other?
    3. Are you aware of any changes Made to those computers?
    4. Which software are you referring to?
    5. Which browser are you using to download the software of the second PC?
    6. On the second PC, does the download happen on a Local account or a Microsoft account?
    7. Are you using the same Microsoft account on both the computers?
