I am paying for office 365 monthly. I lost my email a while back and I need to know how to get it back?

    What license of Office 365 are you using?

    Who exactly lost access to the email or some emails in the mailbox.

    In case of losing emails in the mailbox, you should go to the folder of recoverable items and if not more than 14 days have passed, you will be able to recover them.

    If you have lost the complete mailbox, you must contact the administrator of the Tenantal that belongs to your mailbox to reestablish it.

    If you are the administrator, let me know so I can give you instructions.
