"Microsoft doesn't fix" the problem(s)...You need to run Win 7 in default(s),probably youre anti-spam/firewall software is running with windows firewall, only one can run at same time, disable one.In run, type: services.msc  in msc, locate the software, double click, set to Disable..Also,any file/folder can be edited if youre a Administrator account,if a dead-end happens, start pc in safe-mode/normal/use Search in my computer to locate,edit...

Also, try Event Viewer, locate System/expand/open each listed, find the Warning-Event when mini-dump arose/properties/see why the OS failed to continue...Forget opening Dump files,Event Viewer is user friendly,to run & chk a Dump file is not for a reg.user its a IT user type..

I WANNA KEEP BOTH OF THEM TO DO THAT I NEED TO ALTER THE SYS FILE

No, you don't. Suppliers of anti-virus software specifically advise you against having two virus scanners. They tend to bite each other.

A .sys file is a binary file. You can edit it with suitable tools but chances are you would not know which bytes to modify, and how.

There is no way to "open" a .sys file. It's a driver file that is processed by Windows automatically.

Also, Microsoft is not the developer of Kaspersky or ZoneAlarm. If you can, try uninstalling one or both of those programs to solve the conflict.
