    I'm an Independent Advisor here to help.

    Microsoft does offer refurbished Surfaces in an outlet store of some sort, but they're not widely available: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/collectio...

    Their most prominent store is the brick-and-mortar, and online Microsoft Store. These are the only official channels of purchasing Microsoft Surfaces.
