Recently installed all the recent updates for Windows 10 and now all of my folders and file icons have two circular blue arrows on the lower left corner.  What are they for and how do I get rid of them?

    Hi Scott

That icon overlay means OneDrive is syncing those files to the cloud, a red X would mean Onedrive cannot sync a file

Do you use OneDrive, or do you want to stop using OneDrive?

Crap, it wasn't OneDrive, it was Google Backup and Sync.  Turned sync off and all the icons cleared up.  Thanks for the hint.
