I would suggest you to perform a clean boot:

If once rebooted the box is still there, please follow this instructions:
- Type "cmd" in windows search bar
- Right click on "Command Prompt"
- Select "Run as Administrator"
- Type "sfc /scannow" without quote and press ENTER
Then :
- Type "cmd" in windows search bar
- Right click on "Command Prompt"
- Select "Run as Administrator"
- Type "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth" without quote and press ENTER
- Type "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth" without quote and press ENTER
- Type "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" without quote and press ENTER
At the end, perform a complete scan with Windows Defender.
