- Does the mouse work fine on other computers?
If the mouse works fine on other computers, you may want to try the methods listed below:
Method 1
Manage Power Management:
- Right click the Windows icon on the taskbar and choose Device Manager.
- Expand Bluetooth and right click on your Bluetooth driver.
- Choose Properties and click on the Power Management tab.
- Uncheck **Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power,**reboot the machine to see if it works.
Method 2
Install Generic Bluetooth drivers:
- Right click the Windows icon on the taskbar and choose Device Manager.
- Expand Bluetooth and right click on your Bluetooth driver.
- Choose Update Driver and click on Browse my computer for driver software.
- Click on Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer and choose the Generic Bluetooth adapter.
- Allow the drivers to install, reboot the machine to see if it works.

Note: The article holds good for Bluetooth mouse.
If the issue persists, you may want to download the latest Bluetooth drivers from the manufacturer’s website.
