    Hi,

    I'm Diego Rios, an Independent Advisor willing to help other Microsoft customers.

    You can try the following procedures below explain how connect your camera to the PC:

    Connect the camera to the computer via a USB cable. The USB cable you need is supplied in the camera box.

    Or

    Use a memory card reader. With a card reader, you simply pop the memory card out of your camera and into the card reader instead of hooking the camera to the computer. Many computers and printers now have card readers, and you also can buy standalone readers.

    The camera presumably comes with a cable and software to transfer photos. But never use such things. I prefer to take the SD card out of the camera, put it into an SD card reader (*very* inexpensive--$2 or so at Amazon.com), and plug it into a USB port.
