    Hi Hossam

Open Device Manager (accessible by right clicking your Start Button)

At the top, expand the CD/DVD drive section, find that drive, right click it and choose Uninstall

Restart your PC and see if that drive comes back or if it is gone . ..

    Hi Hossam

Do you have any virtual Disk or ISO mounting software installed on your PC?

Do you have any ISO file on your hard drive, if so, double click that you should then be able to see What software is generating that virtual drive . . .

If I understand, you should execute the commands to repair certain Windows problems. to see if it is corrected and appears in the Disk Manager.

Perform the procedure to repair the system files:

Follow these instructions: press the Windows + X keys and select Command Prompt (Administrator) or Windows PowerShell (Administrator), in the window that will open, you must type the commands in their respective order:

    • DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

    • DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

    • DISM.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

    • sfc /scannow

Each of these actions can take a few minutes, so it is important to execute one at a time. When finished, you must restart the PC.
