We have looked into this issue for you. This issue can occur if the old University account is still associated with your system. I would suggest you to follow the steps below to check this.
Steps:
- Press the Windows key and I key, this will open the Settings app for you.
- Click on Accounts.
- On the left pane, click on Access work or school.
- If your old University account is still connected to your system, it will be visible in this page. Select it and click on Disconnect.
- Follow the on screen instructions to remove the old University account from your system.
- Click on Connect.
- Enter the details for your new University account and follow the on screen procedure.
- Reboot the system and check if the issue still persists.
