Wake up computer without using Power Button

I have a new laptop with Windows 10 and use a second monitor.  The laptop remains closed on a tray under my desk.  Is there a way to wake up the computer without using the Power Button?

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Sleep and Power on, off

    Hi Alberta

    Open Device Manager (accessible by right clicking your Start Button)

    Expand the Mice and other pointing devices section

    Right click your mouse and choose properties

    On the Power Management Tab, you should be ble to set your mouse to wake your laptop . . .
