Hi DaveM121 and thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, the response is a very polite "it appears we don't support this app" when I try to open the PNG file with the default Photos app in Windows 10. I have been down this road before and have had no joy, then or now. Thanks KaKaKaty.
Portable Network Graphics
Hello out there. The above format appears regularly now, and I am unable to find, online, a program that is secure enough, trusted enough, to download so I can open those emails. Windows just says it can't and I did not find their solution to the problem, if they have one. Straightforward assistance would be appreciated. Thank you. KaKaKaty

Portable Network Graphics are just PNG files and most image software natively support png files, including the Photos App built into Windows 10 . .
If you download the png file, then right click the file and choose Open With - choose another app - Photos (make sure 'Always use this App' is ticked that will set the file association with the Photos App
