Hi RomanGrachev1, I am Rob, an independent and a 12 time and dual award MVP specializing in Windows troubleshooting and Bluescreen analysis. If you will work with me I will be here to help until the issue is resolved.
Try running the Lenovo Auto Update utility to see if it can help though that is an older system.
For an older laptop is not very likely there are any other drivers available other than those from Lenovo/Intel.
