Hi Andre,
Thanks a lot for your answer! Exactly! As I stated before, it was already unlocked.
Today it was fine for about an hour and then it started again presenting the "Allow..." message.

Hi,
I like to charge my iPad Pro (2018) connecting it to my Windows 10 PC. The first day I had no issues, but the second day it started asking "Allow this device to access photos and videos", and this message appears a few seconds after touching the display.
I don't have iTunes installed (it is not an option for me) and I don't need it because I don't want to exchange files, I just want to charge the device and be able to use it meanwhile.
Does anyone knows how to stop this annoying permission message from popping up? After researching online, it seems like this is an old Windows bug that hasn't been solved yet.
So far I have tried updating the driver (it is already up to date) and deleting my device from "Other Bluetooth devices" after reseting my "Privacy and location" settings on the iPad to reconnect the device to the PC with the screen unlocked. So far no luck, it is still happening.
Any way to solve this? I really apreciate your help.

The iPad Pro 2018 is very new and Apply might not have not yet released appropriate drivers that support Windows 10. Microsoft might also need to optimize support the new iPad with updates through Windows Update or even the next release of Windows 10.
I have the 2017 iPad Pro which I connect to my Surface Pro 3 with Windows 10 1809 and I am seeing this issue. So, it looks like its just that 'new hardware' issue at the moment.
Hi Rad
Usually when you connect Apple devices to a Windows PC, you need to unlock it first to ensure that you are able to access its contents in Windows.
