    Hi vasilisnikolo

    Yes, you can do that in any application in Windows, you do not need word . . .

    Click your Start Button, then just type charmap and hit Enter

    From the resulting window, you can find the symbol you are looking for, double click that and choose 'copy' then paste into any application

    .

    Hi vasilisnikolo,

    I am Vijay, an Independent Advisor. I am here to work with you on this problem.

    You don't require to insert symbol for this. In any application, just type following to insert less than or equal to (you can format font for size and color and weight)

    <=

    Do let me know if you require any further help on this. Will be glad to help you.

    Without Word, Character map is the way to go. But Word seems to be the easiest way out. If you don't have Word, several online sites also provide these services to type out mathematical symbol which you can copy and paste.

    In Word you can type 2264 followed by ALT+X to get ≤ (if you don't want to insert from Symbol)
