How to remove Virus

Hello there,

I might have downloaded a virus, I unzipped it and renamed it. It is in my Downloads folder, it appears to be a blank folder, but when I try to delete it my computer crashes. When I open it, it continues a loop of opening the downloads folder.

    Microsoft Defender Antivirus and Windows Firewall are on your device to help protect it from viruses and other malicious software.
    But if you think they've missed something ,we could run Microsoft Defender Offline which can sometimes detect malware that others scanners missed.

    In case you believe this is a virus, you should not remove it.
    Scan it with Microsoft Defender or your Anti-Malware product.
    You may put the file into zip and submit it to Microsoft Anti-Malware team for analyze, take a look at:
