    Hi megauwu,

I am Vijay, an Independent Advisor. I am here to work with you on this problem.

Try to change your DNS to either Google DNS or Open DNS and reboot your computer.

Windows Key+R > Type ncpa.cpl and Enter > Right click on your network > Properties > Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) > Hit properties > Make sure below ones are checked

    Google DNS

Select Use the following DNS Server Addresses > Preferred DNS Server - 8.8.8.8 > ALternate DNS Server - 8.8.4.4

    OR

    Open DNS

Select Use the following DNS Server Addresses > Preferred DNS server : 208.67.222.222 > Alternate DNS server : 208.67.220.220

Do let me know if you require any further help on this. Will be glad to help you.

    Hi megauwu,

I'm an Independent Advisor here to help.

Worst case scenario, call up your ISP. That out of the way, it could be your DNS configuration not being able to resolve domain names effectively. Check your router settings based on that, and change it to either 8.8.8.8 (primary), 8.8.4.4 (alternate) for Google DNS, or 1.1.1.1 for CloudFlare DNS (what I use currently).

If you need help with this, let me know. Make and model of the router would be helpful. Good luck.
