Is Windows 10 using a variant of the 2nd chance page replacement algorithm?  How has this algorithm evolved?

Thank you for your assistance.

Hello and thanks for the prompt response.  It seems like I may have been misled by a poorly written and translated paper...Can you explain, though, how Windows use FIFO or LIFO? When is FIFO used?  Is it hardware dependent?  Or are they used in tandem?

    I appreciate your assistance.

    Hi Philip

Where in Windows are you seeing a stack using the behavior of 2nd Chance Page Replacement?

Generally, FIFO or LIFO is used in Windows, can you explain where you are seeing this please . . .
