Hi @leiLi-7744,
in order to further confirm your issue, please provide us with the relevant information about your issues:
- Did the issue occurred on all users in your organization ?
- Could you login to your account normally in owa?
- Have you performed any operations that are relevant AAD in your 2 domains?
If you could log in owa normally and the issue occurred on Outlook client only. As I know, we could set the registry value "ExcludeExplicitO365Endpoint" to avoid the unexpected Autodiscover behavior in Outlook(forces your Outlook client to connect to Office365 ). As a suggestion, we could try to follow the steps to test on one user to check if it could work.
Location: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\x.0\Outlook\AutoDiscover
Key: ExcludeExplicitO365Endpoint
Value: 1
(Note: Serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before making changes, back up the registry to restore it in case something goes wrong.)
Looking forward to your update.
