Stretched screen only on one monitor

Hello,

I just switched my desktop over to windows 10. I use two monitors. One monitor displays just fine. The other one is stretched. When I go to try and adjust the settings, such as changing display ratios, or using the sliding scales in the Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel, it only effects the one monitor that is working fine. Nothing I do changes how the second monitor is displaying. Only the one that is working fine is effected.

How can I fix this issue?

Thanks for the replies, but I ended up figuring out how to fix this issue on my own.

    What I did -

    1- right click on desktop

    2- click on 'Graphics Properties...'

3- a window popped up for Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel.

4- Choose the Advanced Mode option, click Ok to continue

5- Change the resolution for the screen that had the issue

    6- Problem solved.

    Hi Limewell ,

My name is Ana. I am an Independent Advisor. Thanks for contacting our support.

Try changing the connection cables of a well-functioning monitor to the one with the problem.

Adjust the physical buttons of the capable monitor to have the settings cleared.

If only you hide the monitor that is seeing badly in the pc that happens?

Is it still seeing bad or good?

let me know how it went

    Regards
