hello, I use a Dell XPS 2 in 1 laptop as my daily driver, With it, I use the Logitech MX anywhere 2 Bluetooth mouse with it. I have been using it for a few months now, a few days ago my mouse stop working with my laptop. Under pair, the device would not connect. when I removed the device and attempted a new connection. the laptop was able to make the connection with the mouse, it said connected, but when I moved the mouse around my course did not move at all. I have eliminated the possibility of it being the mouse as I was able to usefully able to pair it with my home desktop and use it. other devices like my Bluetooth headphones and my ink pen both continue to work on my laptop. I also attempted to use another working wireless mouse and it was able to connect but was not able to move the cursor. I also have already tried deleting all the Bluetooth drivers and devices and reinstall them, none have made much progress. I don't know what to do.

    Hi GregoryDiaz1,

I am Vijay, an Independent Advisor. I am here to work with you on this problem.

Reboot your computer. Generally, rebooting solves many problems.

Please try these options one by one and check after each option.

1 - Use the Hardware & Devices Troubleshooter

Type Troubleshoot in Windows Start Search Box > Click Troubleshoot > Click Hardware and Devices > Click Run the troubleshooter and follow onscreen directions

2 - Take actions related to mouse (Check after each step A, B and C)

Windows Key+X (Or right click on Start) > Click Device Manager > View tab > Show hidden devices > Expand Mice and Other Pointing Devices > Right click on the mouse listed there >

    A. Roll back - Click Properties > Roll Back - Under Drive tab, if Rollback Driver is enabled click it > Reboot

    B. Uninstall - Uninstall > Reboot and the driver will be automatically installed

    C. Update - Update Driver > Click Update Driver Software > Click Browse my computer for driver software > Click Let my pick from a list of device drivers on my computer > Choose the driver > Click Next to update > Reboot

If this does not work, select Search automatically for the updated driver in place of Browse my computer for driver software > Reboot
