Please!

I need help with installing "MSCOMCTL.OCX".

What command in CMD do I type?

PC Info that may be relevant:

System Type: 64-bit Operating System, x64 based processor

OS: Windows 10 Home

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Files, folders, and storage
