Hi People,

I wonder what's the purpose of Microsoft Kaizala and how it is supposed to be used in the Enterprise as complement or addons for Microsoft Teams?
Any help in sharing the best practice and the usage scenario would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

    Hi @EnterpriseArchitect

Kaizala is the Office 365 app for firstline workers, brought to us by Microsoft Garage. Essentially, it’s designed to empower employees by giving them access to the tools they need to connect with their team members and manage their schedules. For more details about its description, you could refer to this article.

Microsoft is in the process of adding Kaizala Pro capabilities into Microsoft Teams, ultimately replacing the Microsoft Kaizala service. You can find information on the Kaizala features coming to Microsoft Teams here.
