How do I get Windows 10 (64) to recognize a Microtek 4800 scanner? Old but still works well. Microtek has not updated drivers for years.

How do I get Windows 10 (64) to recognize an old but fully functioning Microtek ScanMaker 4800? Microtek has not and will not update drivers. Is there a way or a work-around? It is as if both are loaded, but Windows 10 will not recognize the scanner.

Thanks. I did what I could do with Microtek's website and their recommendations for my ScanMaster 4800. I was able to do a work around earlier in Windows 10, then, probably with a Windows 10 update, I was unable to use the app. I dislike tossing things that still work well. Again, thanks.

Thanks. I have tried that area with no success. Is there a third party app that I can use. Can I work around the lack of updated driver?
