I am trying to download photoshop express on my windows 7 computer but it keeps telling me that it doesn't recognize my devise, when I go to add a devise it doesn't have windows 7 as an option. Anyone know how I can download photoshop express on my window 7 PC. please?
My first question to you is what will you be using it for mainly ?
Photoshop Express is suitable for Windows 8 and above and will not work on 7.
There are other image editors out there which are just as good which suit Windows 7.

GIMP.
Paint.NET.
