Windows update installed successfully. Everyday......

Greetings.

Update KB44870778 has installed successfully every time I restart my computer.

Upon every restart I have one important update to install KB44870778. 

When I preformed the updates on the 13/02/2018 Windows became stuck after reboot on configuring updates and I had to restart the machine and boot into safe mode to get the update to finish. I guess this has caused the error.

KB44870778 is not listed in Control Panel/Programs and Features/Installed Updates to be able to remove it there.

Any help is appreciated.

    KB4487256 is now doing the same.

    So both updates show as successfully installed in Windows update history repeatedly, everytime i try.

    Neither update shows up as installed in control panels installed updates. They are both absent from the list.

    They are shown as available when I open windows update.

     Any help is appreciated.
