    Hi Candace

It appears your Windows 10 installation or the Sticky notes app might be corrupt.

Open Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features

    	Scroll down to Sticky notes

    	Select it

    	Click Advanced options

    	Click Reset

    	Restart

    	Check the Store for updates

I noticed you are also on an older version Windows 10, I would try upgrading to the newer Windows 10 1809:

Reset and updated Windows 10. Thanks Andre, testing the command prompts now and nothing is working. Thanks, any other solutions? Please provide. +_+
