Hotmail.com and the rest of Microsoft's old Email domains are now encapsulated into https://outlook.live.com
If you try to access any of the old domains, you will automatically re-routed to your account on Outlook.live.com
What happened to Hotmail.com account?

2019-03-25T18:43:33+00:00 I've used Hotmail forever it seems and the Hotmail.com url works fine here. It automatically forwards to get you to the online email interface. <name>@hotmail.com works fine too as an email address but you cant make any new Hotmail email accounts.

Just go to hotmail.com and it will open https://outlook.live.com
You will need to use the same login ID and password which used on hotmail.com
You can also type outlook.com and hot enter to go there.
