Anyone know if Mirkat is a legitimate data breach protection software?  It is installed on new Lenovo laptop.

    Hello my name is Bradford, and I'm an Independent Advisor for the Microsoft Community, and I'll help you with Mirkat.

    Based on some research it seems to be a simple service, but in terms of quality or features, there is no documentation, reviews, or reports as to its actual performance. Also, the company's website provides no information.

    I recommend removing it and performing a Malware scan afterward.

    And seems it is better to ask Lenovo support about this program.

    My Lenovo laptop bought in January does not has this program.
