    Hi Diane

    Go to Control Panel - Programs and Features

    Uninstall Facebook Gameroom browser

    Restart your PC

    Then re-install Facebook Gameroom Browser from this link:

    https://www.facebook.com/gameroom/download/

    Open Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features

    	Scroll down to the game
    
    	Select the game
    
    	Click Advanced options
    
    	Click Reset
    
    
    
    	Restart
    
    
    
    	Check the Store for updates then
    

    Check if it now works.
