    Hi Chayce

If that account did not previously have an Email address associated with the account, that must have a local user account, try switching back yo a local account

    Open the Settings App

Go to Accounts - Sign-in Options

Choose to sign in with a local account

(in newer versions of Windows 10, this might be on the Your Info Settings Page)

Enter your old password and enter a new password if required, or leave the new password box blank

    Close the Settings App
