    Hi Lukimi, I'm Graeme, an independent adviser here to help.

    You should be able to open your JPG files using the Photos app. You can click on Start and search Photos, then open the app and open your JPG files through it.

    As for your MOV files, the easiest way to view them would be either Windows Media Player, which is built into Windows, or more likely VLC Media Player would be able to open your MOV files.

    Double clicking the JPG file i.e. opening those should open it by Photos app. For .mov file, you would need a player like VLC media player.

    Hi,

    There are several ways to get pics, videos from iPhone to PC. Let's have a look at those methods and choose the way that works best for you.

    Sync them with iTunes

    1. Connect your iPhone to your computer using a USB cabled.
    2. Click the Device button, then click Info.
    3. Select the items/files, which you want to sync.
    4. Press Sync at the bottom of the screen and all your iPhone contacts will be copied to your PC.
