How to run Windows Web Server?

I have a blog . Which I want to run on my own windows web server. But I did not how can I make a web server on my pc. Did anyone tell me that how can I run my site on my own Window Server and also did anyone tell me that whats the requirements needed to run a smooth window web server.

    You'd need a fixed IP if you forward Port 80 to PC as it says at the end of the How-To Geek article. Click the link there.

    Hi Greg Carmack,

    Please tell me also for this server did It required the Dedicated IP address or Dynamic? Because MY ISP used Dynamic IP Address so did I buy a Dedicated IP address for this or Dynamic IP also work?
