Windows doesn't hibernate properly after migrating to ssd

I got a new SSD drive and migrated the system on it, it boots just fine, but I'm having a problem with hibernating the laptop.

It after reopening the laptop, it doesn't reopen the application that was opened before the hibernation.

Also, I tried to delete the system partition (E:) from the HDD drive, but I couldn't, the delete option is disabled for that partition.

Any idea what's wrong?

For some reason the 780.73GB Partition was unassigned to a letter! , i reassigned it and it's fine now.

I used AOMEI Partition Assistant Pro to migrate, couple of my friends used it too and they don't have any problems hibrenating their laptops.

    Hi tokaali

On Disk 1 to the far right, do you have data on that 780.73GB Partition that does not have a drive letter associated with it? . .

What method did you use to put the System partition on that SSD, the Windows Recovery Partition is still on the other drive
