- What is the exact error code or error message you have received when you try to use Adobe CS6?
- Which version of Windows is installed on your device?

I am sorry to inform you that CS6 is not compatible with Windows 10 Operating system. This is the root cause of the issue.
I suggest you to refer the article System requirements | Adobe Creative suite 6 for more information regarding the system requirements.
However, you can also try to run the application (Adobe CS6) in compatibility mode. To do so,
- Right click or press and hold on the .exe file or shortcut of an Adobe CS6 app and click on
Properties.
- Go to Compatibility tab, then check the box next to
Run this program in compatibility mode for. Note: You must be signed in as an administrator to be able to do this step.
- Select the version of Windows to use for your application in the drop-down box.
- Click Apply and
OK to save the change.
