I am new, no idea how to get a command line open,,,

Type CMD in Start Search, right click Command Prompt result to Run as Administrator.

HI,

In the Search Bar type --> CMD

Find Command Prompt at top and Right Click on it - select Run as Admin.

Or

Right Click Start Button - IF Command Prompt is not a choice select Power Shell (Admin).

at the prompt type in --> CMD then hit enter.

If you just need a general command prompt without admin privileges:

window + R

type cmd and click ok
