how to change windows 10 home version chinese to english ?

i read somewher it cannot? if so how to do it

    I am Sumit, an Independent Advisor and a 2-Year Windows Insider MVP here to help.

    If you bought a laptop in China, it would have Windows 10 Home China installed which doesn't allow changing languages. In that case, upgrading editions would allow changing language.

    Tell us what edition Settings>System>About say.

    Hi Mark,

    Installing a language pack in Windows 10 using Windows Update

    Go to Settings >Time & language >Region & language.

    Select Add a language.

    Select the language you want to use from the list, then choose which region's version you want to use. Your download will begin immediately.

    Unfortunately, You would have to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro for changing languages.

    Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)

    Go to System - About

    What Edition of Windows 10 is installed, is that Windows 10 Home, or Windows 10 Home Single Language?

    Its a desktop actually. Yes bought in China. Windows 10 home china version
