    Hi Lawrence

Right click the clock on your Taskbar and choose Adjust Date/TIme

On the resulting page, click Date and Time Formats at the bottom

Set the Short and Long time formats to the one with the capital H

    Capital H - 24 hour clock

    Lowercase h = 12 Hour clock

Yes!  Thank you!  I knew it had to be there somewhere, but I couldn't find it.  I know it USED to be there.  (But, then, so did the ability to play a DVD.)  Thanks again.
