Pc will not recognize Galaxy Tab 4

Pc will not recognize my Galaxy Tab 4 anymore.  Went to Device Mgr and right clicked on "unknown device USB...."  Did an Auto update on drivers.  It said "drivers for this device are installed" but still does not recognize.

    OK....it now works!  Finally changed usb cables.  Same Samsung cable as all the rest of cables but for some reason the 2nd one works.  Dam! all that work and it was just another cable.  Thank you for your assistance.  Much appreciated.

    The Galaxy Tab 4 is on and drivers are up to date.
