how can I remedy a video file when not found?

If the file isn't found on the server, there's unfortunately nothing you can do to fix it.  If possible, contact the person or company that runs the website and let them know about the missing file.

I have contacted customer service @BOR.com numerous times and informed them of my issue.

Their response was that firefox has issues for loading the video file even after I informed them that I was able to watch the no spin news without a problem at one time.

They also told me that it seems like technical issues with the browser and suggested I use google chrome.

I did download chrome and the issue was the same. I also tried it on IE and it was the same there also.

I was also told by them that while I was off line they had checked my account with them and saw that they were able to view the no spin news. I am able to view their other videos but I can not view the no spin news video/all of their no spin news.

After going back and forth several times with BOR customer service rep, they just gave up on me and my issue. So if the file does not exist on the website server that means that the problem lies with BOR.com, but according to the customer service rep, the problem is on my end.

The reason it doesn't work is because the file does not exist on the website server.  So nothing you can do on your end can fix it -- only the person who runs the website can fix the issue.

Thanks for your help. The problem is I am not able to view the no spin news by BOR.

I was once able to, up until approximately seven weeks ago and for a good part of a year.

I am able to view the other videos available, like the video of the day that's posted, but not

the no spin news.

I had even tried google chrome and IE but these two web browsers also come up with 

hlsjs:video file not found as does the firefox browser I use. I have read and found many different solutions like clearing/deleting cookies, trackers and ensuring that firefox is up to date and refreshing firefox and changing the content blocking, but nothing did the trick.

I have no clue as to how to solve this issue and firefox does not have a chat and help system

 available to assist in this matter other than a forum, which someone is assisting me also.
