Hello Laura, my name is Marcel and I am an Independent Advisor.

    I am here to help.

At first you have to enable Bluetooth Dial-Up Networking on your phone, then you need to setup Bluetooth Internet Tethering on your mobile device.

If the Bluetooth Dial-Up Networking is not enabled, you will receive Not Found error on the PC where the name of your mobile device is specified. I recommend that you try enabling Bluetooth Dial-Up Networking.

If this issue is on a Bluetooth DUN enabled device, I recommend that you check if you’re doing it the right way:

    1. Turn on your Windows 10 PC Bluetooth
    2. Move to your mobile device to open Tethering and portable hotspot setting, then choose Bluetooth Tethering checkbox. (Make sure that your Bluetooth device is visible).
    3. Go to the Settings on your Windows 10 PC and choose Devices.
    4. Tap on Devices and Printer link, select Add Devices and add your Bluetooth enabled mobile device.
    5. Pair your mobile device. Once paired, right click the mobile device and select Connect with internet access.
