The only way you can re-enable those disabled devices is to contact your IT administrator to follow the steps below.
- Access Azure portal.
- Select Azure Acitive Directory from portal menu.
- Select Users from the menu on the upcoming page.
- Click the user name in the users list.
- Select Devices.
- Select the disabled devices and click Enable button in the ribbon.
