Dear microsoft,

since your're still selling this product for 40$/45€ (UVP) I was hoping you would also continue to support it.

So now, 4 years later, I bought it again just to find out that there still hasn't been any update on this.

So my question is:

Are you going to add 3 finger functionality, swipe gestures, palm rejection options and all the other frequently asked features for this keyboard under windows 10 or do you still expect from your customers, to be satisfied with this retarded sofware from 2015?

The hardware itself still is really nice so I would love not to have to return it again..

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that the Microsoft all-in-one keyboard doesn’t support the 3 finger functionality, swipe gestures and palm rejection. However, this seems to be a good suggestion. I would encourage you to provide your valuable feedback in Feedback hub so that our development team can review your suggestions. To provide your feedback, please refer to the article Send feedback to Microsoft with the Feedback Hub app.

Hi and thank you for not really answering my question.

I have done as you asked and sent my valuable "feedback" into the not so awesome feedback hub...

To everyone else looking for a wireless TV/Home-Entertainment keyboard for their living room:

Logitech currently has some nice newer models like the K830 (https://www.logitech.com/de-de/product/living-room-keyboard-k830#) and K600 (https://www.logitech.com/de-de/product/k600-smart-tv-keyboard

    • I recommend testing these. They might be a little bit more expensive, but at least they do what they promise you to do, you get support and good software as well for it!
