How do you convert a .bmp file to a .jpg file?
Using programs that were included with Windows 7...
- Open the image in Paint then Save as a JPG
- Open the image in Photo Gallery then Make a copy (in JPG format)
- I'm not sure that newer versions of Office include Picture Manager, but if you have Office installed, open the image in Picture Manager and Save as.
